I can’t believe the holidays are just around the corner!! Just yesterday, we were in the summer, and I had just made my move to CENTURY 21 Real Estate Consultants. I feel like I’ve just blinked… and here it is the week before Thanksgiving!!
I have so much to be thankful for this season. I have a TRULY amazing family, a remarkable “work” family, and a city in which to live that provides beauty, opportunity and great experiences!
We are in FULL growth mode at C21 REC! We are quickly becoming a force in the Charlotte area! With 16 agents and another 5 committed to coming, we have 45 listings and are already one of the largest C21 franchises in town (by listings)! It’s a great testament to our agents in what is typically a slower time of year for sellers to sell!
We are very close to the official grand opening of our brand new Union County office! We plan to have that office open right around Thanksgiving, and we couldn’t be more excited! It will be so nice to have a physical presence in Union County as the growth continues.
Next up will be the grand opening of our Ballantyne office! We will be located in Toringdon and will open our doors just after the first of the year. It will be so wonderful to get into our permanent space, as we are VERY quickly outgrowing our temporary office!
On the personal front, I am so looking forward to Thanksgiving this year! Besides being perhaps my favorite holiday, this year will be extra special! My niece, Holly, and her daughter, Jordyn, will be coming to town from Ohio. It’s been about 4 years since we’ve seen them, and we are really looking forward! My sister and her family also will join us, as will my in-laws! It’s sure to be a feast in the Kitzmiller household (and I’ll have the 22-lb turkey to prove it)! It will be such a fun day of cooking, relaxing, football and leftovers!
Recognizing that some truly aren’t as fortunate as we are, we also wanted to do something to give back this Thanksgiving. I am president of a business-networking group, and I have asked our entire team (of nearly 35) to join me in donating canned goods and pantry items to those who are in need. We will be providing those items to local food pantries Thanksgiving week. I know it’s a small contribution in the grand scheme of need, but I firmly believe any and all small gesture helps! If each of us just did something (small or big), imagine the impact!
I hope this Thanksgiving season brings you much happiness and that you can take a few moments to reflect on the wonderful blessings are in your life!
